Four District 3 champions represented Marin and San Francisco at Section 1. Mill Valley won the Little League 12U title, Twin Cities won the 8-10 title, and every game from all four team runs is preserved below.

Section 1 is the next round after District 3.
Individual Little Leagues do not all enter Section 1 directly. Each district runs its own All-Star tournament first, then sends its district champion into the Section 1 bracket.
